Tony and Lucille Liggins, Associate Pastor of Diversity and Military Outreach

Tony and Lucille have a long history in ministry.  Tony is retired from the US Army.  Together he and Lucille pastored Maranatha Bible Church before it merged with The Sanctuary.  Tony and Lucille understand military life and the special needs service members face.
